The Foss Maritime Employee Referral Program was designed to encourage employees to refer quality applicants to Foss, for certain designated open positions. When a regular full-time or part-time employee recommends a qualified individual for a valid opening, and the referral is hired as a regular full-time or part-time employee by Foss, the referring employee will receive a monetary bonus up to $1,000.
Eligible positions are defined as open positions identified by Human Resources as hard-to-fill, which are posted on the Foss Maritime Company website. Other restrictions apply. Please contact Human Resources for more information.
